Summer School
Each July, the Kawartha Pine Ridge District School Board operates summer school programs under the Adult and Alternative Education structure. Students in Grade 7 or 8 or in secondary school who need remediation, upgrading or a full credit course may enroll for 2 or 4 weeks in various programs.
The Kawartha Pine Ridge District School Board will host summer school from Wednesday, July 2, 2008 to Tuesday, July 29, 2008, at the following locations:

Cobourg District Collegiate Institute East 335 King St. E

Summer school registration forms will be available in Guidance offices prior to the end of May 2008.
Course availability and semester placement is determined by enrolment. The actual schedule is not finalized until the July 1st weekend. Students/parents will be notified of semester placement on Monday, June 30th. Prior notification of semester placement is not possible.
Prior to July 2nd all summer school questions should be directed to the student's home school NOT to the summer school locations, as summer school personnel are not available at these locations until July 2nd .
