SUMMER SCHOOL
July 6-31, 2009
The Kawartha Pine Ridge District School Board (KPR) provides an excellent summer school program for students throughout KPR, as well as for those visiting our region over the summer. Experienced summer school teachers deliver an extensive learning experience for students from Grades 7-12. Students can enrol in a variety of two-week or four-week programs in remedial, upgrading or full credit courses.
Summer school will operate from Monday, July 6 to Friday, July 31, at three locations:
Bowmanville
Clarington Central Secondary School, 200 Clarington Blvd.
Cobourg
Cobourg District Collegiate Institute East, 335 King St. E.
Peterborough
Thomas. A. Stewart Secondary School, 1009 Armour Rd.N.
Summer school hours are 8:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.

**Please note: students will NOT have a choice of semesters.
The courses offered and a student’s semester placement are determined by enrolment. The actual schedule is finalized on the June 27 weekend. Students and parents will be notified of their semester placement by Thursday, July 2.
The list of planned summer school courses is available on the registration forms, which have been sent to all school offices and can be printed from this website.
Once you have completed your form, please return it to the office of your home school.
