We do not anticipate further recruiting for supply secretarial positions until the Fall of 2009. Advanced word processing, spreadsheet and data base software skills along with a minimum 2 years experience in an office enviornment are required. Experience in school settings is a definite asset. Resumes are not accepted until we advertise on this site, which could be anytime from August through to December, so we encourage you to check on a regular basis.
Details on whom to send your resume will be outlined in the posting.
Custodian Recruitment: Click on the "external" link on the left side of this page for more information regarding the recruiting process, qualifications and job description for custodial positions.
A police records check (including a vulnerable sector search), valid within six months from the date of hire, is a condition of employment with our Board.
Please note that there have been reports that it may take up to 6 weeks to process police records checks in some jurisdictions. With that in mind, we strongly suggest that candidates obtain a police screening as soon as possible. We also recommend the web site truecheck.ca should you need your criminal check done within 24 hours.
