In order to be considered for an interview, please ensure that the documents listed below are sent to "Apply to Education" as part of your application package:
- Certificate (or Interim) of Qualification (if available)
- Practicum Reports or Teacher Evaluation
- Reference Letters
A police records check (including a vulnerable sector search), valid within 6 months from the date of hire, is a condition of employment with our Board. We also recommend the website http://www.truecheck.ca who will process your police screening within 24 hours.
Please note that there have been reports that it may take up to 6 weeks to process police records checks in some jurisdictions. With that in mind, we strongly suggest that candidates obtain a police screening as soon as possible.
