Delegations Appearing Before the Board

Delegations are invited to present to regular Board meetings and committee meetings to seek information, to query policies or decisions, to present a point of view, to submit recommendations or to request consideration of a matter of concern.

Unannounced delegations not scheduled in advance of the Board meeting as required for pre-arranged delegations may be allowed up to three minutes to make a presentation.  Any printed brief or notes will be distributed at the meeting.
