Public meetings of the Board of Trustees take place in the Education Centre Board Room at 1994 Fisher Drive, Peterborough, commencing at 7:00 p.m. Please see Board Policy No. B-2.1, Board and Committee Meetings under the Policies Section for specific Board Meeting procedures.
Agendas and reports for meetings of the Board of Trustees are posted for information on the Monday prior to the Board Meeting. Due to time constraints, revised agendas and reports may not be posted prior to the meeting.
Minutes for meetings of the Board of Trustees are posted for information after they are approved at the following regularly scheduled Board Meeting. Draft minutes are posted, subject to Board approval, as Item 4. on Regular Board Meeting agendas.
